I work with so many wonderful suppliers all the time, but all of the suppliers listed below hold a very special place in my heart, as they were my personal wedding suppliers in June 2019! I hope you enjoy reading all about them, as much as I enjoyed writing about them!
For all of your hairstyling needs, Sammie, of Your Event Stylist, is your girl! I'm always amazed at her technical ability and eye for detail! She is also so good at communicating with her clients in a friendly and approachable manor, that they all leave feeling so happy and relaxed.
Sammie is one of the loveliest people I have ever come across. We have known each other since we were 3 years old, but it wasn't until 2017 when our paths crossed working on a mutual wedding, that we discovered what a great duo we are! Since that wedding we have collaborated on many more weddings, photoshoots, events and bodybuilding shows! We always say that we compliment each other well, both extremely dedicated to our field, similar in lots of ways, but we bring our different strengths together and are each other biggest cheer leaders. I feel extremely lucky to know Sammie and even luckier to get to work with her too!
Your Event Stylist is based in Sussex, however like me, travels across the UK and internationally.
The Crazy Daisy Company is a wedding and event florist with amazing talent, creativity and an eye for detail! Sam of The Crazy Daisy Company, can transform a bride and groom's vision and exceed their expectations!. Whether it be recommendations of complimentary flowers or the logistics of challenging displays, Sam is always on hand to discuss options and find a way to create perfection for her clients!
So Sam also happens to be my Mother-in-Law! And we were extremely lucky to have her as our wedding florist, (obviously we wouldn't have chosen anyone else!). Sam is one of the kindest people I know and I feel very fortunate that not only is she my Mother-in-Law, but my friend too! We have such a great relationship, which has in turn helped massively when it comes to working together on weddings and events! Every year since 2016 I assist Sam with her Christmas wreath making workshops, which is a great chance for me to do something different during my quieter time of year.
Sam always puts 100% into everything she does and always has a positive attitude, which is why people want to work with her!
The Crazy Daisy Company is based in a home workshop in West Sussex, but is available for pop up workshops upon request.
Ohh So Rosie does the most beautiful calligraphy for any stationary needs! Rosie is so talented at what she does, that she makes it all look so effortless!
I've known Rosie since 2011, where we met at University studying makeup and hair - I've admired Rosie's creativity since then!
For our wedding I asked Rosie if it was possible to create a welcome sign and table plan on some mirrors for us, we were blown away by how beautiful they turned out and we actually still have the table plan on display at home! What I was most impressed with was the amount of communication between Rosie and I, she really cares about the details and wanted to make sure we were happy!
One thing I learnt from Rosie's service, is that anything is possible - her creativity is endless!
Ohh So Rosie has an Etsy account where you can place orders for all wedding stationary and signage!
Drinks at Yellow Yacht is a fun and creative pop-up bar designed to personalise drinks to you and your event, but will also bring the usual favourites to keep your guests happy!
Chantee of Drinks at Yellow Yacht, has been a friend of mine since we were 12 years old! To me, she is a ray of sunshine, she will brighten a room with her smile and enthusiasm!
It didn't surprise me when Chantee told me about her new venture, she always celebrates people for what they are, and what better way to show this, than to create a bespoke drink made for the drinker! Her concept is fun and vibrant, just like she is!

Chris Bennett Films has the most wonderful eye when it comes to capturing hidden moments from a wedding, that people will cherish forever. His work is simply stunning and he brings the emotion out of every special day, leaving everyone smiling (and crying).
When it came to choosing our videographer for our wedding, we had no doubt that it would be Chris. He is one of the nicest guys and takes his work extremely seriously. From day one we had open communication about the key points that we particularly wanted to capture throughout our day, Chris went above and beyond and added his own unique style, exceeding our expectations with the most magical wedding video. We were blown away by his technical ability, how he somehow managed to capture every single detail so perfectly, and how the emotion of the day was paired so well with the music overlay.

Shana Adams Lashes is an extremely talented lash tech! I believe it takes great skill to create a natural effect with lash extensions and Shana is amazing at creating it all - From a soft classic set to a fuller Russian set, Shana's style is so beautiful and always perfectly suits her client's features.
When it came to having lash extensions for my wedding day, I really wasn't sure if i wanted them, however Shana's style won me over as I just love how she can enhance an eye shape, without making it look heavy. Her attention to detail and balance, is what makes her work stand out.
Shana is also so lovely and I love our little chats whenever I get to see her, she's definitely not just a lash tech, but so kind, talented and an amazing business woman!

Mundial Photo is a wedding, performance and fashion photographer based in Brighton. Nick, of Mundial Photo, is one of the most kind, gentle and professional photographers I've ever had the privilege of working with.
I first met Nick in 2018, when we were both working at my friend's wedding. I had already heard great things about Nick, but I was just so impressed with him during the whole day; from the morning prep, where his gentle nature put everyone at ease and throughout the wedding, where I almost didn't even know he was there! Which in my opinion is what makes a great wedding photographer - He really is wonderful at his job.
Leading up to our wedding Nick went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and we couldn't have been happier with the results from our day! We even had a pre-wedding shoot with Nick, which was so much fun and the pictures were just amazing! It was a chance for us to get to know each other better before the big day, but also a chance for Nick's style to really shine! It was the perfect way for us to see what was to come for our wedding day.

Nigel Smith Music is home to an array of event entertainment options, from transforming you back in time to when Swing was King to a live DJ performance.
Nigel is an extremely dedicated performer, with such presence. His voice is amazing and the way he performs captivates an audience.
We chose Nigel to perform at our wedding as we had heard great reviews about how diverse his performance would be! Before our ceremony, Nigel performed Swing music for our guests as we wanted to create a warm, happy welcome - The amount of compliments from our guests about this performance was just so lovely to hear! For our reception, Nigel transformed his performance into a live DJ set, where he brought the room to life, playing a mixture of our chosen songs and some classics too. He also performed with his guitar and sang along to various songs - it was so impressive and our guests loved him!
